| Patricia S. Sullivan RN BS CRNH has 48 years of nursing experience in the areas of medical, surgical, long term care, home health care, hospice, rehabilitation, quality assurance, utilization review, industrial nursing, and medical case management for workers' compensation. Her experience has enhanced our services by providing case management for repetitive trauma, orthopedic, neurological, utilization review and catastrophic file management. She is a member of Rehabilitation Insurance Nurses Group and participates in multiple volunteer healthcare presentations in the community.
